I had a truly frustrating experience during my two-month stay at The Palms #104. The unit was infested with roaches, and it was clear from our arrival that cleanliness was not prioritized. Despite some attempts by the management to address the issues, the overall lack of follow-up and care left me very disappointed. On the other hand, I found a small inn, the Oasis Palms, where I felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated, with a lovely, homey vibe close to the beach. The contrast between the two stays was striking, as the latter truly exemplified what a pleasant beach inn should be like.
I had a fantastic long weekend at Oasis, which ranks high on my list of favorite motels along the strip. The pool was simply wonderful—clean and at the perfect temperature for lounging. However, the pet-friendly aspect had its downsides, as a couple of nearby dogs caused some noise issues, and there was an unpleasant smell from their waste being disposed of improperly. Overall, it was comfortable and pleasant, and I would definitely return.
We had a really frustrating experience at The Palms #104. Unfortunately, the room was infested with roaches, and no matter how many times we reported it, the situation didn't improve. There were issues with cleanliness, especially in the kitchen. On a positive note, the management did attempt to send someone to address our concerns, but there were serious communication issues that made our stay even more stressful. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which felt more like a cozy apartment complex rather than a typical hotel. The atmosphere was friendly, and I appreciated the close proximity to the beach, making it convenient without the hefty price tag for a beachfront room. The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, but the air conditioning could use some improvement, especially on warmer days.
Our stay had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right next to a grocery store and the beach, making it perfect for our family. However, the unit itself could use some serious updates – we encountered several cleanliness issues and uncomfortable amenities. The slow elevator and noise from the hallway made it tough to relax at times, but seeing dolphins from our balcony was definitely a highlight.
